Mobile Raku Workshop: Ikebana Containers

In this two-part workshop, participants will learn to make their own ikebana containers for Japanese flower arranging and then return to fire the pieces in an outdoor raku kiln under master potter Brett Thomas. During day one, learn clay hand-building techniques to craft up to three containers. On day two, learn about glazing while participating in a mobile raku firing.
